Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was gorgeously designed, from the chandelier-like lighting fixtures to the faucets in the washroom. It looked nice, was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and a smart TV. However, the room was a bit small. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly, welcoming, open to suggestions, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The location on Bay Street was excellent for getting around downtown and accessing transit, close to everything in downtown Toronto. On the downside, being on Bay Street meant hearing the nightlife. The dining experience was mostly gone by 9 am but great at the cafe downstairs with tasty pastries and coffee/tea, though limited options by 9 am. The facilities were excellent, but prices were on the higher side.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but just perfect with a spacious feel thanks to the furniture choices and high ceiling. The service was super friendly and helpful, arranging cars to and from the airport with a smile. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Toronto. The dining was tasty in the morning with a great cafe downstairs. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly delightful.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are teeny tiny, and I found it concerning that there are no phones in the room, but the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, arranging airport transfers and being friendly and pleasant. The location is ideal for exploring downtown, though you will hear nightlife due to its spot on Bay Street. The dining options were limited to coffee and pastries. Overall, a stay with some positives and negatives.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the service was great with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were incredibly small, and I was concerned about the privacy of my personal items. The location was convenient for accessing downtown and transit options, but the nighttime noise from Bay Street could be bothersome. The dining options were limited to basic coffee and pastries, although the cafe downstairs was a nice spot. Overall, a decent stay but with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel is in a prime location, ideal for exploring downtown and accessing public transportation easily. While being on Bay Street means you may experience some nightlife noise, it's conveniently close to everything, including the subway. The service was impeccable, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dining options were a mixed bag, with some delicious choices but limited selections in the morning. The rooms, compact and equipped with modern technology, were a bit tight on storage and dominated by the window air conditioning, which may not be ideal for all guests.
I found the hotel to be beautifully decorated and very neat, offering a cozy and clean room, but ultimately not the most practical place to stay. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated a lot. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Toronto, although being on Bay Street meant dealing with some nighttime noise. The dining experience was delightful at the downstairs cafe, serving tasty pastries and coffee, but the choices were limited later in the morning.
The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and neatly organized with all the essentials in a small space. They are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night, although the absence of phones in the rooms raises concern about emergency communication.
Upon arriving, the hotel was really welcoming. The room was small but just perfect for my needs. The service from the staff was top-notch, as they were all lovely and helpful. The location on Bay Street was ideal for getting around downtown and accessing transit easily. The dining experience was tasty in the morning. Overall, a great stay for the price paid.
Upon arrival, the lights and heat were on, which was welcoming. However, the room turned out to be quite impractical with limited space mainly taken up by the window air conditioner. The size was much smaller than expected.
The hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Toronto, making it ideal for accessing transit and exploring the city. The rooms, though beautifully decorated, are on the smaller side and lack storage space. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable interaction. The dining options, while tasty, may be limited at times. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in room size and dining choices.
